Office Administrator / Service Coordinator
We’re looking for an organised, proactive administrator to support the day-to-day running of our busy office. You’ll coordinate engineer schedules, manage customer enquiries, update our job management system, and help keep our compliance and project paperwork on track.
This is a varied role that suits someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in the details, and is confident working independently in a small, friendly team.
You’ll need:
- Previous experience in an administration or coordination role
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail
- Experience in the electrical, plumbing, HVAC or construction sector is a bonus, but not essential.
