Our call-out fee includes up to one hour of an engineer’s time, which covers both the journey to your site and the first part of the visit.
Travel is charged at 55p per mile, to keep things fair and transparent.
If the journey takes longer than an hour, any extra travel time is simply added at our standard hourly rate.
