After struggling with underfloor heating that had been left in a broken state by a previous company, my dad endured almost no heating throughout the winter. Are your electricians fully qualified and insured?

Yes, all our electricians are fully qualified, insured, and certified to carry out electrical work to the highest standards. We adhere to all relevant British regulations, including BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations), and are accredited by leading industry bodies such as NICEIC. This ensures that every project we undertake is safe, compliant, and completed to the highest level of professionalism.

Do I need to be home during the installation?

Not always. For smaller domestic jobs, it’s usually best if someone is present. However, for larger projects or commercial work, we can often arrange access in advance and keep you updated throughout. We’ll always discuss this with you before starting so you know exactly what to expect.

How do I know if my current wiring needs replacing?

Common signs include frequent tripping of circuit breakers, flickering lights, discoloured sockets or switches, and outdated fuse boards. If your property hasn’t been rewired in the last 25–30 years, it’s also worth having an inspection. We can carry out a full assessment and advise if any upgrades are required.
